Boats your guests remember for the right reasons.

American-made HDPE boats for rental fleets, resorts, and liveries. Engineered in-house in Wyoming to shrug off daily guest use and stay in the rotation, with no rust, no recoating, and no annual haul-out.

Why HDPE for rental fleets

A fleet that always looks ready for guests.

A rental or resort fleet has to look the part and earn its keep. Sun, salt, and a different guest at the helm every day. HDPE takes all of it and still looks ready, and we weld every hull from it.

Material properties of HDPE
01 / PRESENTATION

Still looks the part on year five.

HDPE is unaffected by UV, so the color runs through the hull and does not fade, chalk, or need a yearly repaint. The fleet still looks ready for guests long after a painted boat would look tired.

02 / UPTIME

Every boat in the water, every weekend.

No rust, no recoating, and no annual haul-out pulling boats off the line. The fleet stays in the rotation through the busy season, earning instead of sitting in the shop.

03 / GUEST-PROOF

Built for renters who don't baby it.

HDPE absorbs the docks, ramps, and hard landings that dent aluminum and crack fiberglass, with no gelcoat to chip. Hand it to a new guest every day and it shrugs it off.

04 / REPAIR

Scuffed mid-season? Welded, not written off.

HDPE is welded, not glued or riveted, so a repair is heat and a strip of the same material. No gelcoat to match and no fiberglass cure time keeping a boat off the water during peak weeks.

05 / VALUE

Recovered pipe. Made in Wyoming.

Every hull starts as decommissioned HDPE pipe, reclaimed and rebuilt in-house. 100% recycled, 100% recyclable, and American made, by a team you can talk to directly.

HDPE Barge Building

American Made

Our HDPE barges and boats are designed, engineered, and manufactured under one roof. That gives us the ability to ensure everything is built to the highest standards and quality possible.

Every hull starts on a CAD station in our own engineering office, gets reviewed by the same team that will build it, and rolls out the door of the facility it was specified in. No outsourced naval architecture, no overseas fabrication, no handoffs between vendors who have never met. The crew welding your barge knows the engineer who drew it, and the engineer knows the operators who will run it.

That vertical integration is the difference between a barge that meets a spec sheet and a boats that solves the actual job in front of you. When you need a deck modification, a custom crane base, or a non-standard hull thickness for a specific operating environment, you are talking to the people who can answer in the same week, not the same quarter.

Common Questions

HDPE rental boats, answered.

Straight answers on guest wear, upkeep, uptime, and keeping a fleet looking new.

Yes. HDPE absorbs the docks, ramps, and hard landings that dent aluminum and crack fiberglass, with no gelcoat to chip. Hand it to a different renter every day and it shrugs it off, which is what makes it suited to a busy fleet.

Read more on why HDPE suits hard use

HDPE is unaffected by UV and the color runs through the hull, so it does not fade, chalk, or need a yearly repaint. The fleet keeps looking ready for guests long after a painted boat would start to look tired.

Read more on how HDPE holds up in the sun

Very little. There is no rust to treat, no annual repaint or recoat, and no gelcoat to chip. Routine care comes down to basic cleaning, which keeps boats in the rotation instead of off the line during the busy season.

Read more on HDPE maintenance

HDPE is welded, not glued or riveted. Damage is repaired with heat and a strip of the same material, with no gelcoat to match and no laminate to cure, which keeps fixes straightforward and often handles them in-house rather than at a distant yard.

Yes. Seating, deck layout, and motor packages are configured to how the fleet is used, from easy day rentals to guided fishing. Because we engineer and build in-house, each boat is set up for your operation rather than forced to fit a stock hull.

Read more on customizing an HDPE build

HDPE does not rust, corrode, fade, or need recoating, and it absorbs impacts that dent aluminum and crack fiberglass. The trade-offs come down to weight and up-front cost, which is why matching the right boat to how you rent matters.
