We pull decommissioned HDPE pipe from oil and gas fields, wash it, reclaim it, and turn it into boats. Material acquisition, quality control, fabrication, design one team, one shop.
Sheet extrusion under our own roof.
We don't buy sheets from a vendor and hope. We extrude them ourselves. Thickness tolerance, density, weld compatibility controlled from the first pound of pellet to the last cut on the CNC.
The hull is half the boat. We build the other half too.
