HDPE is the only marine grade material that doesn't rust, rot, or recoat. Twenty years on the water. No blistering. No corrosion. No shipyard. That's why we build every hull, barge, and tank from it.

HDPE absorbs and rebounds from impacts that would split aluminum and shatter fiberglass. No gelcoat to chip. No welds to fail. Run it into a dock at speed and keep going.

We pull decommissioned HDPE pipe from oil and gas fields, wash it, reclaim it, and turn it into boats. Material acquisition, quality control, fabrication, design one team, one shop.
Sheet extrusion under our own roof.
We don't buy sheets from a vendor and hope. We extrude them ourselves. Thickness tolerance, density, weld compatibility controlled from the first pound of pellet to the last cut on the CNC.
The hull is half the boat. We build the other half too.

Every hull starts on a CAD station in our own engineering office, gets reviewed by the same team that will build it, and rolls out the door of the facility it was specified in. No outsourced naval architecture, no overseas fabrication, no handoffs between vendors who have never met.
