Every hull starts on a CAD station in our own engineering office, gets reviewed by the same team that will build it, and rolls out the door of the facility it was specified in. No outsourced naval architecture. No overseas fabrication. When you need a deck modification, a custom seating layout, or a non-standard hull thickness for the way your guests actually use the boat, you are talking to the engineer who can answer in the same week.
Every Legacy hull is engineered, welded, and finished by one crew under one roof in Wyoming. When you want a change, the person on the other end of the call is the person holding the welder.
Your build starts at a CAD station with our in-house naval engineers. Beam, seating, deck layout, motor configuration, and hull thickness are spec'd for your shoreline, your guests, and your operating conditions.

HDPE is inert. It doesn't oxidize, doesn't galvanize, doesn't pit. No anodes. No bottom paint. No annual haul out. The same hull you launched in 2026 will look the same in 2046.
Carbon black UV stabilizers run all the way through the material, not just on the surface. No fade. No chalking. No recoating. What you see is what you'll see in 2076.
HDPE floats, even fully flooded. Density of 0.95 g/cm³ versus 2.7 for aluminum and 7.8 for steel. Higher payload, lower fuel burn, safer hull.
HDPE is welded, not glued or riveted. A field repair takes a hot air gun and a strip of material. No drydock. No fiberglass cure time. No shipyard schedule.
