Poly water tanks absolutely do not contain BPA or phthalates. We manufacture our HDPE tanks without the use of Bisphenol A (BPA) or phthalates. BPA is primarily associated with polycarbonate plastics (not HDPE) and has been largely eliminated from many products due to health concerns. Phthalates, which are added to some plastics to enhance flexibility, are commonly found in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products but not in polyethylene, the material which we use for our water tanks.

Tanks Regulations

Poly water tanks are specifically designed to be safe for storing drinking water and other consumables. They comply with stringent U.S. health and safety regulations, which prohibit the use of harmful substances like phthalates in potable water containers. Additionally, our tanks meet ANSI and NSF 61 standards, ensuring they are certified for drinking water safety.

When you choose our poly water tanks, you’re choosing a product that is guaranteed to be free from BPA, phthalates, and any other hazardous materials, ensuring safety and quality for all your storage needs.
